Sales Consultant

Position Overview: Are you a confident, goal oriented, persistent self-starter with a burning desire to win? Are you optimistic, pro-active with a naturally persuasive style that can influence others to act? If this describes and motivates you and you want to make a real difference and earn significant financial reward, a Sales Consultant at OMEGA Processing is your ideal position. In this position, these natural skills and abilities that you possess will be embraced and rewarded. You will use them to close your own, self-sourced leads as well as pre-set appointments for OMEGA’s financial services products and services. This sales position offers a promising career path with significant responsibility and financial rewards. 

Skills and Qualities:
  • An extremely high desire/need to win. Intensely determined. Enough is not enough.
  • Goal oriented - constantly striving to exceed monthly quotas and prove success to yourself more than others. Sales goals only exist for you to crush them.
  • High energy. A pro-active self-starter that is self-driven and thrives in competitive situations.
  • Approachable, charismatic and articulate with the ability to listen, think on your feet and overcome objections.
Position Requirements:
  • At least two years sales experience – preferably in the B2B services arena.

Client Sales Specialist

Position Overview: Are you a high energy, optimistic, outgoing person with a naturally persuasive style? Do you possess a strong ability to “read” people and are looking to take your sales career to the next level? If this describes and motivates you and you want to make a real difference and earn significant financial reward, a Client Sales Specialist at OMEGA Processing is your ideal position. In this position, you will utilize these natural skills and abilities to contact/respond to current and former customers via the telephone. The goal of these calls will be to cross sell additional OMEGA financial services products and services to these customers. This mid-tier sales position offers a promising career path to greater responsibility and greater financial rewards.

Skills and Qualities:
  • Zero call reluctance-comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and responding quickly and accurately to inbound calls.
  • Well planned and organized with the ability to “think on your feet” and multi-task to handle a wide variety of sales activities simultaneously – closing, prospecting, overcoming objections, pipeline management, etc. Positive, assertive and persuasive – not easily discouraged.
  • Proactive, approachable and charismatic as a communicator – must be able to meet incremental sales quotas while protecting/maintaining the current relationship.
  • High desire to win and goal oriented – comfortable meeting daily/weekly/monthly quotas
Position Requirements:
  • At least one year sales experience – preferably in the B2B services arena.

Lead Coordinator

Position Overview: Are you a high energy, optimistic, outgoing person with a naturally persuasive style? Do you possess a strong ability to “read” people and are looking to kick start a career in sales? If this describes and motivates you and you want to make a real difference and earn significant financial reward, a Lead Coordinator at OMEGA Processing is your ideal position. In this position, you will utilize these natural skills and abilities to contact new prospects, former customers and existing customers via the telephone. The goal of these calls will be to establish an appointment for a closing sales agent. This entry level sales position offers a promising career path to greater responsibility and greater financial reward.

Skills and Qualities:
  • Zero call reluctance - comfortable making a high volume of calls and hearing "no" frequently. 
  • Positive, assertive and persuasive – not easily discouraged
  • Strong ability to persuade prospects and set appointments to advance the prospect to the pitch/demo phase of the sales cycle
  • High desire to win and goal oriented – comfortable meeting daily/weekly/monthly quotas 

Account Executive
